How can I activate a payment plan?

You can activate a payment plan yourself in the portal.

You decide in how many installments you want to repay and at what time of the month you want to pay. Here's how:

• Login to the portal.
• You will see the outstanding balance of your claim.
• Then click on "Other payment methods".
• Determine the installment amount yourself and select the payment date.

You will receive a confirmation of the payment plan in your mailbox within a few days.
