How can I request a deferral of payment?

You can select deferral of payment yourself in the portal.

You decide when you do want to pay. Here's how:

• Login to the portal.
• You will see the outstanding balance of your claim. 
• Then click on "Other payment methods". 
• Select the payment date on which you can pay.

You will receive a confirmation of this in your mailbox within a few days.
